BS call -- asks to call them because you owe IRS. How come no one does anything about these scam calls? The intention is to steal money from you for a bogus IRS fine/charge/etc.

Received a call this morning from this number. Say they're IRS. Pretty sure with the amount of money we make, we wouldn't need to face a grand jury EVEN IF we evaded the crap out of our taxes. Anyway, didn't call back, so I can't say with 100% confidence that they're a scam. But I think they are.
