This caller is a scam artist who is bordering on harassment and impersonating a law enforcement official or affiliate. He threatens to have your local police come and arrest you if you don't take action by calling him back and making payments to him. His outbound call leaves a similar threat with an automated message. If you receive a call from this person please report to your local police dept as this caller has just committed attempted fraud across state lines and is making threats and using federally regulated lines to do so. And since he also doesn't leave a name and company he's working for is violating FCC regulations regarding outbound business calls. The more attempts that are logged with the authorities the higher this guys phone bill and fines will be.

This is how you now when tax season hits. The scams start trickling in automatically just after the furlough ended the calls started coming in. Just received a threatening auto call from this number in Alvin Texas.
