An automated message saying that I'll be arrested if I don't return the call. Definitely a scam, don't bother wasting your time.

Someone is calling me and I didn’t pick up my phone since the number is not on my list. Then he leave me a voice mail messages saying that I need to call back this number 3434441386 and if I didn’t called them back they will issue a warrant of arrest. Hoping someone can track this number so they will stop doing their scam-bug.
