They claim that they are with McAfee and I will be. Billed 299.00 for virus protection. They are a scam outfit and my son called that phone number to find out what was going on. Whatever it was I'm sure he got screwed as he has lost lots of files, bookmarks Etc. Do you know what te story is about this business?

They claimed to be Microsoft and that I had paid for an account awhile back that was now closing (no, I didn't). They said to call a number that they gave back for a refund.
