I believe it is a scam. I was answered with “hello”. I had to ask who I was speaking to, Ms. Parker. No company name was given, I had to ask. MRC debt collections and counseling. I asked why she didn’t answer the phone with that information. She replied that she normally doesn’t receive calls, and the switch board must be messed up. Placed me on hold, 3 minutes later it is picked up and I was immediately hung up on. Called back, went to voice mail, with automated, robotic voice, saying “No one is available to take your call...”. I hung up. Be careful folks.

Not sure what this number is about, or what. Wife received a call and message, stating there is an open case and she was being sued. Message stated, if she, or a lawyer, didn’t respond than the case would move forward. I called the number back, rang 4-5 times, and was answered with “This is Lacy, please hold”. Seems like BS to me.

RECEIVED VM ON MY CELL FROM A LADY NAMED MARY WILSON AT MRC SERVICES, STATED THAT THEY HAD A AN ACOUINT PENDING AND THAT i OR MY LAWYER NEED TO CONTACT THEM BACK. i HAVE NEVER LIVED IN MISSOURI OR HAVE ANY ACCOUNTS BASED OUT OF MISSOURI, SCAM!! A LEGITIMATE DEBT COLLECTOR WILL MAIL YOU STUFF, NOT JUST CALL YOU.

Same as above. Left a message about a pending case that would move forward if I did not contact them. Left the name Kathy Wilson with Davidson & Associates, left callback number: 571-210-1008 (Virginia this time, not Missouri). Called back, rang 4 times and then got a "no one is available to take your call" message; no company identified. Scam. Most likely using a google number to disguise their own number.
