Calling to try and scam lodging for upcoming trade shows. They attempt to offer "exclusive deals." These organizations are not reputable

Agree with Mike. They are calling to scam lodging for upcoming trade shows. Always has a generic name, such as Bob, Lee, Mike, etc. However, they do have a heavy accent and can barely understand them.

These guys start calling the same time every year to scam people. They claim that they can get us signed up for tradeshows and take payment but when I have reached out to our show coordinators they say that only THEY accept payments (which makes sense) and that they do not use outside organizations. I asked "John" to removed me off the call list and then "Jeff" who sounds EXACTLY like "John" calls. Tell him the same thing, to remove me from the list and then "Daniel" calls who happens to have EXACTLY the same voice as Jeff and John. Funny how they only hire the same sounding guys right? haha When they called last week, the guy lied and said he was NOT calling about the tradeshow or lodging but had other business with our owner. I know the number because I see it pop up on caller-ID often so I knew he was lying but ok. Transferred him to our owner and I hear my owner ask him "Did she not just ask if this was for _____ show? And did I not just hear her ask if this was for registration or lodging?" Our owner then informed them to take us off their list and stop harassing us! Sure enough, 2 days later, "Daniel" just called...
