Then if you want to speak to a representative press 1; if you do not want to receive any more calls, press 9. When I press 9, the phone disconnects & I hear rapid busy signal. Today (1/30/19) I decided to press 1 so I could tell the representative to put me on the Do Not Call list within the company, and you know what? The representative hung upon me as well! I was very cordial yet, the "human" hung up without taking my name or phone number.
