I got the same thing. This same woman keeps calling from different phone numbers. Message is from Blessing Jacobs and that either I or my attorney needs to call this number back and if I don't they will waive my rights to counsel and deal directly with the state and that I have been officially notified and wished me good luck. Total scam. I have gotten other voicemails from this woman with other similar messages. She is a fraud!!

Got call from this number saying same thing as all of you from same lady. Never saying where they are calling from or who they are calling for.Tried calling back but number just rings and goes to a voicemail saying all of our agents are unavailable please leave a message. What a bunch of crap
