Who called from the number +1 (248) 413-3947

I received a call from 248-413-3947 with a recording for credit rates. I pushed 9 to talk to someone. I asked to be removed from their call list and notified them That my phone number was registered on the National Do Not Call list. He had a foreign accent and clarified I didn’t want improved interest rates. Then he said, “do not hang up. I will place you on hold and remove you from the call list.” I said ok and thank you. Right before he switched over, he heard me talking to my daughter. When he came back on the line, he said, “who was that behind you talking?” I said, “what?” He said, “who are you talking with? Is that your daughter?” I said, “why do you want to know?” He said, “her voice is so sweet. Can I talk to her?” I said, “I want to be removed from your call list.” He said, “let me first talk to your daughter.” I immediately hung up. This is wrong.
