This automated message claimed it was from the CRA, stating there has been criminal legal action taken against the company.

Called to state they were with CRA. Our receptionist told them to hold so they could speak with the General Manager. By the time the GM picked up the line they had hung up. GM blocked our company number and called back, a man answered the phone as "Investigative Branch of CRA" GM Called OPP and they advised that although the telephone number when searched online relates to a local business this was in fact a scam. Apparently the scammers use software to randomly generate phone numbers which inevitably when traced wind up in India
