Even I knew it is a scam call, I called him back. Obviously the guy is in another country and with heavy accent, when I asked his name, he dropped the call.

Called my cell at 10:22am and again at 12:25pm. Persistent boogers. I don't answer the phone for numbers I don't recognize but with both calls they left a message about a warrant for my arrest, call back immediately. These boogers can take their warrant and put it where the sun don't shine

robotic voice indicating that this was my last contact from the Social Security Administration and that my SS number was being used in a fraudulent manner. Asked me to return a call back to that number.
