The guy said he was with Ohio Edison and wanted to send a free kit with LED light bulbs. We have several accounts with Ohio Edison and he had all that info without me telling him. I questioned whether there were any strings attached as far as changing carriers, pricing, etc.... He said no....they were sending these kits to customers. I said Okay because I have actually received this kit before. He then asked how our house was heated and how the water tank was heated. As soon as I answered "gas" he hung up. So I'm not sure if I will actually get the kit in the mail or not.
