IRS scam!!! Apparently I've had 4 allegations against me for some time now, as I've received this many times. Seems like they'd be able to find me by now. How is this not harassment?

Automated message from the IRS stating there are 4 serious allegations pressed against you and they are sending the cops to arrest me if I don't call them back. THE IRS NEVER CALLS YOU TO TELL YOU THEY ARE DISPATCHING THE POLICE TO ARREST YOU!!!
