Might be a phony Amazon number. Someone tried to run a scam a few weeks ago saying that a purchase of a $700 Apple phone was on my Amazon account. They then wanted me to download an app that would give them access to my cell phone so they could "clear up" the problem. The person insisted this could not be solved on the computer. I became suspicious and hung up and called Amazon. It was a scam. Amazon informed me that they NEVER call about purchases.
