Says call from officer Catherine Richardson claiming to be FBI and claims to have an arrest warrant for me issued by the department of tax and crime investigation # 210-966-8625.

One guy with an Indian/Pakistan accent called me (pretending federal agent /officer/judge) and threatened me to pay $4986 to IRS (which he was going to give me address). If I don't pay this amount immidiately, the federal government are going to arrest me within 2-3 hours for about 3 months without court hearing. Also, my SsN, B.accounts, I'D and passport will freeze immidiately if I don't pay the amount. After long conversation (which I shouldn't allow it to happen) and emotional discomfort, I hung up and called IRS. IRS told me it is a scam;I was relieved to hear that. This person should be arrested for scamming people's money and causing emotional discomfort. #Beware of scammers#don't make any payments that you don't know# call appropriate agency#.
