Who called from the number +1 (210) 361-1192

First received a call from this number stating it was an officer calling because there's at least activity with my social security number and to call the number back to speak to someone before legal actions taken then when I called the number back expecting it was a scam they wanted me to give them my name date of birth and social security number to verify who I was I told him that I didn't get any information over the phone they told me they couldn't give me any information and I then proceeded to say that's because this is a scam right that's why I looked the number up before I called and couldn't get any information. Even though the man gave me his name and his badge number which anybody can makeup, when I said I was going to be reporting the number and name and batch to the police he hung up

A message was left on my ans. machine instructing me to call immediately before some sort of legal action was going to be taken on my social security number. Didn’t call. Deleted.
