Scam/Spam/Telemarketer?? Caller knew my name and said that I have a mortgage and that they were offering lower rates to reduce my mortgage balance. Asked him where he was calling from he replied Direct Lending. Asked him how he knew my name, he replied its in the system? Asked him how he knew if I had a mortgate or not?
