These calls usually come through when youre on the enternet.The introduction may say from social security disability or Amazon and any other important place,but they ask: "Can you hear me okay." Do not say a word and never say "yes." This reminds me of the slamming technique when a scammer calls your landline telephone and asks if you can hear them okay. If you say yes, they then use your recorded yes answer to authorize charges on your phone bill and the only way that you may stop the charges is to call your carrier and request to remove the scammers service. This is known as being slammed.you will be charged a $10 fee to stop the charges.the Dish network does it too.they offer a free trial and change your channels pkg deal .then Dish network will charge $10 to correct the problem. They did this frequently. Why we no longer have both a landline telephone or use a satellite tv service
