This number called me but said my boyfriend’s name I do not know how you call someone else’s phone number trying to say you have a complaint if that is not my name. I called back because I do that and they person put me on hold. First of all you do not put someone on hold without saying the companies name first and please hold. I hung up on them and then realized it was a scam! No filed complaint here and so I blocked the number.

They also called my phone number but said my husband's name. They never once stated a company or an origin of the complaint. They even go as far as to give a "policy" number and tell you to call back the number that just called you. Caller is definitely fake.
