Who called from the number +1 (202) 948-5761

I just received a call from 202-948-5761. This is a call you should not answer. I almost think you should report any calls to the police. I spoke to "Lisa", which was obviously not a real name. She said she was calling from the US government to give me a grant of over $13,000 that would not have to be paid back. I asked if she could remove me from their list and she said no. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said no. Then said there was no supervisor there. Then said the supervisor was busy. I told her I could hold. She said she didn't have time for me to be on hold. She was sarcastic, rude, and antagonistic. I asked her to not call my number again and she said, "ok I'll call you back. You're probably best off to just block this number from calling.
