Who called from the number +1 (201) 215-1635

Healthcare scam calls from both 201-215-1790 and 1-201-215-1635. These are spoofed numbers as neither are in service. Both numbers called my New York City cell number on October 8, 2018 at 11:15 AM and 4:45 PM respectively. Both calls were ignored, answered via voicemail and left messages regarding healthcare "in my area". The messages are not left by a human speaking voice. Instead they are similar to the old Bell Labs text to speech software created about 20 years ago. Both numbers should be blocked, and under no circumstances should you press any buttons to "opt out". All this will accomplish is you receiving even more spam/scam calls by verifying they have reached an actual human on your end of the line. If you cannot block the number, just ignore it.
