I inquired about health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield Florida website a year and half ago and ever since then I get at least two calls a day from different phone numbers from across the country with the same recording about health insurance from "Ann" I keep pressing #2 or #9 whichever applies to recording to be placed on do not call list with no luck. How do I stop this and don't tell me FTC don't call list this company obviously doesn't comply with any rules or regulations if they are changing the number from which they call me with the same recording.
