This is probably a scam. I got an e-mail that looked like shipping confirmation of an order from Amazon, except it was not the e-mail account on my Amazon account. The order was for a $1199.99 MacBookPro to be sent to a man I don’t know in San Antonio! The e-mail included this phone number as the way to contact them if I had any questions. Would Amazon offer a phone number? I’m not sure how they would get my money or credit card from this scam.
