These people call from multiple unknown numbers possibly using phishing apps to call you from different numbers. The number left in the voicemail today is 855-869-4698. They are debt collectors/scammers using unfair and unlawful collection methods trying to collect debt on aged balances. A debt collection agency may be in violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act if they sue you when they know your debt is has expired. A statute of limitations is a law that says that after a certain amount of time, a debt collector cannot sue a consumer for payment of the debt.
